I teach women how to manifest without having to push or force, but really at the core of what I teach is radical self love and how to release the SHAME and VULNERABILITY that comes with owning and honoring all aspects of you and your journey.

I hustled for the larger part of 40 years and lawd have mercy is it soul sucking and EXHAUSTING, 🥱🥱🥱😫😫😫but here’s the REAL kicker, I had no idea that SHAME was part of the issue.

In search of a better way, I gave myself a course called Heart Sight Series for my 40th birthday.

It was about energy (chakras) and radical self love ❤️and it changed my LIFE and paved the way for what I am sharing NOW.

I asked the teacher if there was a book to represent the principles she was teaching. What would it be? Her response was Brené Brown's book, "The Gifts of Imperfection".

For all the Brené fans you know how powerful her work is, specifically her TED talk about vulnerability.

That one book changed the trajectory of my life, and most importantly my FREEDOM because I now had context for the shame I felt and suffered and could now navigate my way through with much more ease and grace. 💫🤸‍♀️🕊️😇🪶💙💯✨😍💓🕉️🚀

Freedom from the f'ery of the old stories and habits that perpetuated the narrative that to be worthy I had to be DOING something to be valued, heard, or seen.

It is so lovely to know that is absolutely not the case at all.

In fact, the less I hustle and force from that lack and scarcity frequency, the more JOY + EXPANSION comes into my experience because I am worthy because I EXIST. And so are you BELOVED.

I love reminding my clients that they too can change the narrative, no matter how long it's been in production 🎥🤗

Vulnerability is my life's work and I am giddy as a kid in a candy 🍭 store to be able to guide women back to their divine, kick ass nature in a way that is both humble and saucy and never as scary as the one they have dreamed up.
