How To Create Sustainable Peace and Share It With Others

Do you want to become a magnet for true inner peace and miracles, but don't know where to start?

 


Let’s begin with two of my favorite body parts: the heart โค๏ธand the mind ๐Ÿคฏ!


Now let’s be honest, your heart is extraordinary, according to heart.org it beats approximately 100,000 times a day. Read that again, your ticker in your chest beats (squeezes) about 100,000 times a day and you don't even bat an eye or have to lift a finger to make it happen.


Give that muscle some love ok?!! That pumping magic allows it to pump 2,000 gallons of blood through your body each day!!!! Do you know how long that would take if you had to do that work manually?!!!! Total work horse in the haus!!!! Give that baby some serious gratitude!!!


What you might not know about your ticker is how powerful it is from an energetic perspective and what a true symbol of peace and love it truly is.


According to The Heart Math Institute, The heart is the most powerful source of electromagnetic energy in the human body, producing the largest rhythmic electromagnetic field of any of the body's organs. The heart's electrical field is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the electrical activity generated by the brain.


Furthermore, the magnetic field produced by the heart is more than 100 times greater in strength than the field generated by the brain and can be detected up to 3 feet away from the body, in all directions, using SQUID-based magnetometers.


Did you know you were such a feel good, love producing magnet?!!!


Let's bring this idea of coherence to the party. Coherence has several meanings, however for this post, let’s go with this more simplified description from Heart Math Institute, coherence refers to wholeness and global order, where the whole is greater than the sum of its individual parts.


Being at peace is essentially experiencing coherence. A state that occurs when your brain waves come together with the same frequency/pattern/waveform that are extraordinary for the facilitation of healing and feeling wonderful.

 

To really sweeten the deal, you bring your ticker (that’s code for your โค๏ธ) to the mix. Elevated emotions such as: gratitude, love, and appreciation open the heart to a state of coherence.


It’s not possible for the brain to bring the heart into coherence, however, it is possible for the heart to bring the brain into coherence.


When the right and left hemispheres of your brain are in sync, your creativity is at its peak. Who doesn’t want that? But what’s even cooler than that is when your heart is in a coherent state, it can inform the brain to follow suit.


When your heart is in a coherent state your creative expression gets even stronger, your relational power increases, and your healing power amplifies.


If that’s not enough, add your mind to the mix and prepare to have your soul blown!!!


It seems logical that to do pretty much anything, you must fire up that noggin' of yours and think your way there.


But that is not an effective way to cultivate inner peace ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ or pave the way for miracles.


You see, true peace comes from an open and coherent heart. ๐ŸŒธ


If you can imagine being at peace and allow that idea or concept to float from your mind and land gently in your heart space and at the same time tune into the feeling of gratitude or anything that evokes a sensation of well being or ease you are well on your way to cultivating sustainable inner peace and coherence. โ˜ฎ๏ธ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป


For here, lies exponential power for deeply transformational experiences.


What this means is that when you practice this heart activity, not only are you filling yourself and your entire field with healthy and highly energized waveforms, you are also sending these out to others in your vicinity and you just may get your mind to follow suit and boost your creativity all at the same time. Holy productive batman!!!
